天然药物活性物质与功能国家点实验室胡卓伟课题组于2012年8月在《Hepatology》发表题为＂Loss of Immunity-supported senescence enhances susceptibility to hepatocellular carcinogenesis and progression in TLR2-deficient mouse＂的文章。文章在线发表后，胡卓伟研究员即获《Autophagy》杂志（影响因子7.453）主编邀请，在该杂志的Autophagic Punctum专栏为自噬和肿瘤研究成果撰写评论文章 “Autophagic flux, supported by toll-like receptor 2 activity, defends against the carcinogenesis of hepatocellular carcinoma”的评论文章。文章概括地阐述了Toll-样受体2介导的免疫反应、自噬活性和肝脏肿瘤发生之间的联系，并提出了新的观点。
