研究方向

药用天然产物合成生物学研究,主要包括:
1. 解析天然药用分子生物合成机制,发掘新颖功能酶
2. 创建药用分子生物合成细胞工厂,实现绿色生物制造
3. 联合酶法-化学法进行天然产物结构优化,用于新药发现
围绕以上研究方向,先后主持国自然优秀青年科学基金、原创探索、面上等国家级项目;在Nature Communications、Angewandte Chemie International Edition等国际权威期刊发表研究论文20余篇,申请专利10余项,授权4项;担任Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B与Chinese Chemical Letters等期刊青年编委、中华中医药学会青年委员。
