个人简介

高钟镐,男,博士,2008年作为国际高端人才被药物研究所人才引进作为药剂学科带头人,担任研究员和博士生导师。作为博士生导师招收北京协和医学院历史上第一届药剂学专业博士研究生,多名博士毕业生荣获“北京市优秀毕业生”称号。主持承担多项课题,包括美国国家卫生院生物工程部癌症协会基金、美国犹他大学基金、国家自然科学基金、北京市自然科学基金重点项目、国家科技部重大新药创制专项基金等。发表论文80多篇,包括SCI论文60余篇,且多篇论文发表于著名期刊,包括ADDR、Journal of the National Cancer Institute、Nano Letters、PNAS、Biomaterials、Small、JCR、Acta Biomaterialia、等。现兼任药学学报(中英文版)编委、国家药物价格评审专家、中国医药生物技术杂志编委,长期担任国际著名期刊的期刊审稿人。

研究方向

1、肿瘤靶向纳米制剂研究
包括纳米材料的合成,在纳米载体表面定量连接靶向配位体,构建肿瘤微环敏感的靶向纳米制剂等。
2、纳米载体体内成像和治疗研究
构建一种利用超声波(Ultrasound)和核磁共振(MRI)来对肿瘤同时显影和治疗的纳米颗粒。
3、新型基因递送系统研究
开发新型基因递送载体,用于体内递送质粒基因、siRNA等基因药物。
4、提高口服制剂生物利用度的研究
难溶性药物通过增溶和高度分散的方法来增加体内生物利用度。
5、增加蛋白质多肽类药物在体内稳定性和有效性的研究
