研究方向是基于传统药物临床应用基础,结合其传统功效,与药理学科合作,以药理活性为导向,采用分离纯化新技术,明确其药效物质基础;进而以药效物质为先导结构和分子模板,针对其骨架结构特点,采取多样化的结构优化策略;研究药效物质药理活性、作用靶标和成药性等规律,进而开发具有抗炎症相关疾病、代谢性疾病和抗肿瘤的创新药物。
