个人简介

内蒙古鄂尔多斯人。中国医学科学院药物研究所天然药物化学研究室,研究员,博士生导师。现为全国专业标准化技术委员会专家委员;全国标准样品技术委员会天然产物标准样品专业工作组专家委员;中华中医药学会中药化学分会常务委员;国家禁毒委员会非药用类麻醉药品和精神药品专家委员会委员;沈阳药科大学兼职教授;中科院藏药研究重点实验室客座研究员;《药学学报》和《药学研究》杂志编委。

研究方向

1. 高活性天然产物的合成与结构修饰
采用仿生和化学方法对结构新颖高活性天然产物进行后修饰和全合成,发现药物先导化合物和药物候选化合物;已完成 虎杖中新骨架polyflavanostilbene B 及其类似物的全合成, 丁烯基苯酞及其衍生物等全合成。
2. 常用中药药效物质基础和天然产物结构确证方法学研究
对常用中药进行系统的化学(常量与微量成分)和生物活性研究,完成了红花、虎杖、连翘、川芎、苦参等三十余种中药药效物质基础,发现了1000多个新天然化合物。建立天然产物、尤其是复杂天然产物结构的NMR鉴定体系。
3. 抗缺血性脑卒中活性、肿瘤免疫活性、降糖活性等创新药物研究
完成具有抗缺血性脑卒中活性的红花新苷及其类似物的合成、具有肿瘤免疫活性S6系列先导药物的全合成,及具有降糖活性红景天活性部位初步临床前研究。
