个人简介

1997年7月毕业于北京师范大学化学系,获学士学位。2002年6月毕业于中国医学科学院放射医学研究所,获影像医学与核医学专业博士学位,研究方向是放射性药物的合成、标记和活性研究。2002年7月至2004年6月,在中国医学科学院药物研究所进行博士后研究工作,研究内容包括“似药”小分子杂环化学库的构建和SARS“交叉重迭”多肽化学库的合成。2004年7月至今在中国医学科学院药物研究所工作,研究方向是与新药发现有关的化学生物学研究和立体化学研究。先后参加了国家自然科学基金、国家科技攻关项目、科技部863项目、科技部SARS专项等课题的研究。近期主要开展手性光谱学研究以及新药设计与合成工作。

研究方向

1. 手性光谱学基础与应用研究,包括:手性药物和天然产物的立体结构分析、手性拆分、手性传感等。
2. 新药设计与合成,主要集中在抗肿瘤和抗帕金森病领域。
