个人简介

王琰,博士,研究员,博士生导师,中国医学科学院药物研究所药物代谢研究室主任,“创新药物非临床药物代谢及PK-PD研究”北京市重点实验室主任。
长期从事药物代谢、药代动力学以及肠道菌药物药理学等研究,突出贡献是应用多组学技术创新建立了天然药物(难吸收)与肠道菌相互作用的关键技术并用于实践,阐明了多个天然药物(小檗碱、巴戟天寡糖等)在肠道菌作用下的化学基础及生物学原理。先后牵头国家“863”计划、国家重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金、北京市重点基金、中国医学科学院创新工程等多个项目。迄今,以通讯作者发表SCI影响因子IF >10 或Q1区论文 15 篇(最高影响因子 39.3),其中,近5年发表影响因子IF >10 或Q1区论文 13篇,引用次数超过100次论文(C100 论文)6 篇,高被引(前1%)论文2篇。授权专利 6 项,参与新药6项。指导研究生6人次获国家奖学金,主编国内第一部肠道菌药学专著《肠道菌与药物代谢》。
同时,兼任第12、13届中国药理学会药物代谢专业委员会副主任委员,中国药学会第8、9届药物分析专业委员会副主任委员、北京药理学会第2届药物代谢专业委员会主任委员,《药学学报》及 Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B(APSB)、《中国药学杂志》、《药物分析杂志》、《中草药》等期刊编委。

研究方向

主要从事药物代谢、药代动力学及肠道菌药物药理学研究,聚焦在天然药物与肠道菌相互作用及分子机制领域,重点围绕以下几个方面开展:
1)肠道菌与天然药物相互作用关键技术研究及运用;
2)基于肠道菌的天然药物及天然活性成分代谢转化及药代动力学;
3)肠道菌与临床慢病机制研究及个性化治疗;
4)用于结直肠癌早期诊断的多肽探针体内代谢及关键技术研发。基于上述研究,已形成了一个独特的基于肠道菌的药物代谢及药理学研究方向,为全面认知药物“如何奏效”开辟了新途径,尤其是对解释天然药物标本兼治、扶正祛邪赋予了实际的科学内涵,同时对中药异病同治等给出了科学答案。该研究为探索并发现以肠菌为靶点的慢病治疗创新药物提供了强有力的技术支撑,为药物临床转化及个性化治疗提供了有价值的科学证据。
