王琰,女,博士,研究员,博士生导师,中国医学科学院药物研究所药物代谢室副主任,“创新药物非临床药物代谢及PK/PD研究”北京市重点实验室主任,现任中国药理学会药物代谢专委会副主任委员(兼秘书长)、中国药理学会精准分析药理学专委会常委、北京药理学会药物代谢专委会主任委员、北京药理学会常务理事等,以及《药学学报》及Acta Pharm Sin B.、《中国药学杂志》、《药物分析杂志》、《中草药》等编委。
她长期从事药物代谢转化、药代动力学以及肠道菌药物药理学等研究,突出贡献是她应用多组学技术创新建立了天然药物(难吸收)与肠道菌相互作用的关键技术并用于实践,阐明了多个天然药物(小檗碱、巴戟天寡糖、芍药内脂苷等)在肠道菌作用下的化学基础及生物学原理。她牵头(负责)50余项课题,参加 6 项新药研制,申请及授权专利 14 项,发表论文110+篇,如Signal Transduct Target Ther,Acta Pharm Sin B.,Theranostics,Engineering,Metabolism等SCI期刊论文,最高影响因子>38,这些成果对肠道菌药物研究产生重要影响。

研究方向

王琰研究员的方向是药物代谢、药动学与药物分析研究,主要围绕以下几个方面开展:1)肠道菌与天然药物相互作用关键技术研究及运用;2)天然药物及天然活性成分代谢转化及药代动力学;3)用于结直肠癌早期诊断的多肽探针体内代谢及关键技术研发。她的研究聚焦在天然药物与肠道菌相互作用及分子机制领域,先后发现了小檗碱通过肠道菌NR酶调节血脂的分子机制及个性化治疗,以及药物刺激肠道菌产生丁酸协同发挥降血脂机制。同时,也发现口服小檗碱可诱导肠道菌合成多巴而增加脑中多巴胺水平改善帕金森氏症,以及芍药活性成分被肠道菌CE酶转化的代谢产物通过“肠-脑”通路而改善抑郁的分子机制。这些研究在肠道菌药学研究领域有重要影响力。
