研究方向

本课题组长期聚焦代谢性疾病领域的基础研究与创新药物研发,主要围绕2型糖尿病及其慢性并发症、肥胖、高血脂、代谢功能障碍相关脂肪性肝病以及痛风等高发、高共患性代谢疾病开展系统性攻关。重点开展三大特色研究方向:
1. 糖脂同调类创新药物研发
针对临床糖脂代谢紊乱共病高发、现有药物单一靶向、疗效有限、副作用明显等痛点,聚焦糖脂代谢协同调控核心通路,开展新型活性候选物筛选、优化与药效评价,挖掘兼具降糖、调脂、减重等多重活性的糖脂同调原创候选药物。
2. 肠-多器官轴糖脂同调枢纽药物靶标鉴定
立足肠道微生态与多器官互作的前沿研究视角,围绕肠-肝、肠-脂肪、肠-肾、肠-胰、肠-脑等关键肠-多器官调控轴,解析代谢紊乱状态下器官间信号交互的病理机制,筛选并鉴定介导糖脂代谢稳态失衡的核心枢纽分子,评估其成为潜在药物靶点的可能性。
3. 代谢性疾病GPCR药物靶点评价体系构建与应用
以G蛋白偶联受体(GPCR)家族中一系列药物研发明星靶点(GLP1R、GCGR、GIPR等)为核心,建立标准化、系统化的代谢性疾病GPCR靶点功能验证及活性评价体系,为靶向GPCR的代谢疾病创新药物研发提供成熟的技术支撑。
