研究方向

主要研究方向为肥胖、糖尿病等代谢相关疾病的病理机制阐释、潜在药物靶点发掘及原创新药创制研究:
1. 胰岛素抵抗相关新靶点发现及相关新药的创制研究;
2. 代谢功能障碍相关脂肪性肝病/肝炎(MASLD/MASH)新机制探索及新药创制研究;
3. 糖尿病肾病等糖尿病并发症的病理机制阐释和相关新药创制研究。
