Brief Introduction

Zhang Wenxuan graduated from Peking University with a doctoral degree in 2013. He is currently the Deputy Director, Associate Researcher, Postgraduate Tutor of Department of New Drug Research and Development, Institute of Materia Medica, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences. In terms of innovative drug research and development, as the main contributor, he developed two original drug candidates for blood lipid regulation and for the treatment of non-alcoholic hepatitis (NASH) respectively, and anti-drug resistant preclinical bacteria pharmacy research and development work of infection original drug candidates and other varieties. He has conducted and participated in multiple national grant studies. He has published more than 30 papers in domestic and foreign journals such as Nat Commun., Eur. J. Med. Chem, etc., applied for more than ten patents, and served as reviewer for Eur. J. Med. Chem. and other medicinal chemistry journals.
