Brief Introduction

Xue's research interest is molecular pharmacology of anti-tumor agents and the development of new drugs. Targets involved are HSP90, STAT3, LAG3, PD1,  etc . The main research topics at present are: 1. the mechanism of endogenous LAG3 in tumor microenvironment, establishment of the LAG3 screening platform and the searching for lead compounds; 2. the molecular mechanism of natural product on tumor immunotherapy.
