Brief Introduction

Liu Yunbao's research interests focus on the discovery of bioactive substances from natural products, and the structures and functions of the discovered bioactive compounds. In particular, his research aims at the secondary metabolites of the endophytic fungi associated with special hosts such as toxic medicinal plants. Liu's research also involves the development of new drugs based on bioactive substances from natural products.
