Brief Introduction

Liu Ailin studied at Macau University for Ph.D. in 2005-2009; at Nankai University for master’s degree in 1992-1995; at Xiamen University for bachelor's degree in 1985-1989. She visited Purdue University in from 2018 to 2019. She has been working at the Institute of Materia Medica, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences since 1995.

She mainly engages in discovery of drugs for neurodegenerative diseases, anti-infection disease and their mechanism of action, as well as pharmacoinformatics research. Liu has taken charge of more than 20 national projects and participated in more than 30 national projects. Based on these projects, more than 100 research papers have been published, more than 20 professional books have been compiled, and more than 40 patents have been applied for.
