Brief Introduction

In July 2008, Jiang Jianshuang graduated from Peking Union Medical College. Since September 2008, he has been working in Institute of Materia Medica, CAMS & PUMC. Jiang is engaged in the research of natural medicinal chemistry, including separation, identification and structural modification of active compounds, etc. He has completed the research on the chemical constituents of safflower, Chrysanthemum morifolium and Ligusticum chuanxiong. Meanwhile, Jiang has completed some research work of the horizontal project, including the research on the trace components of safflower yellow, the quality of dahuangzechong capsule and the total synthesis of baicalein. He has published 10 SCI papers as the first author. He has participated in the development of 12 patents.
