訾佳辰,博士,研究员,博士生导师。国家级人才支持计划入选者;天然药物活性物质与功能国家重点实验室课题组长。中西医结合学会分子生药学专业委员会常务委员;中国民族医药学会信息与大数据分会常务理事;北京药学会天然药物专业委员会委员;国家药监局中药质量研究与评价重点实验室学术委员会委员;广东省药品和食品智能制造委员会委员。兼任《Chinese Chemical Letters》、《Chinese Journal of Natural Medicines》等期刊的青年编委。迄今在J. Am. Chem. Soc.,Annu. Rev. Plant Biol.,Angew. Chem. Int. Ed,Proc. Natl. Acad. Sci.,ACS Catal.等期刊发表论文60余篇。

植物活性化合物的异源生物合成研究
1. 植物活性化合物的生源途径研究:利用合成生物学技术体系,结合多组学、计算化学、结构生物学等技术,阐明植物活性成分的生物合成机制。
2. 建立植物活性成分的高效细胞工厂:运用代谢工程和酶工程技术,在微生物底盘细胞中重建植物活性成分的生物合成途径,构建其高效细胞工厂。
3. 基于合成生物学和组学技术的活性化合物发现:利用组学技术从植物中挖掘生物合成基因,通过在底盘菌株表达,量产目标产物,进行活性筛选。
