陈晶晶,博士,副研究员。2014年毕业于南京师范大学,微生物学专业,获理学博士学位。同年进入中国医学科学院药物研究所生物合成室工作,主要从事活性天然产物的生物合成与合成生物学研究。作为项目负责人,主持国家自然科学基金青年项目1项,中央级公益性科研院所基本科研业务费1项;作为骨干人员,参与国家自然科学基金面上项目、中国医学科学院医学与健康科技创新工程、国家“十三五”重大新药创制专项等。发表SCI论文20余篇,其中以第一作者身份发表SCI论文9篇;申请专利5项,授权2项;参与编写专著1部。

活性天然产物的生物合成与合成生物学研究
1. 通过基因挖掘和功能表征,解析活性天然产物的未知生物合成途径;
2. 利用蛋白质工程改善酶特性,提高其稳定性或催化效率,应用于天然药物高效酶法合成;
3. 运用合成生物学技术,在微生物底盘细胞中设计和构建活性天然产物的生物合成途径,高效生产活性天然产物,拓展药物来源。
