2008年获北京协和医学院药物分析专业博士学位,同年起进入药物研究所药物晶型研究中心从事教学与科研工作,历任助理研究员、副研究员。
主持和主要参与国家“十一五”、“十二五”、 “十三五”重大新药创制科技重大专项、国家重点研发计划、科技部科技基础专项重点项目等国家及省部级项目20余项。获国家发明专利授权24项,PCT专利9项,申请18项。近五年发表学术论文40余篇,其中SCI论文15篇。主要参与国家I类创新药物临床前研究 5 项,目前已进入II期临床阶段 4 项。获2016年国家科技进步二等奖(第三完成人),获2014年北京市科学技术奖一等奖(第三完成人),获2015年全国高校(医学类)微课教学比赛二等奖。
