河南中医药大学中药学医学学士,郑州大学有机化学理学博士,中国药科大学博士后。曾在河南省科学院化学研究所从事核磁共振、天然有机化学和有机合成研究。2001年9月入职中国医学科学院药物研究所,以承担和参与科研课题、发表研究论文、主编和参编专著、招收培养硕士和博士研究生以及申请专利为主线,从事科研和研究生教学工作。在科研工作中主要从事与特定药物作用靶点关联的黄连碱类化合物的药物化学研究,在教学工作中承担硕士生“波谱解析”课程的组织教师职责并讲授博士生“波谱解析”课程的1HNMR内容。多年来已深入开展了基于知识的黄连碱类化合物的药物化学研究,包括活性化合物合成及靶向合成、生物活性评价、与生物大分子的相互作用研究等,并以致力于创新药物研究体现相关的研究价值。
黄连碱类化合物是以苯环上连有不同取代基的异喹啉并[3,2-a]异喹啉之5,6-二氢-7-鎓离子季铵盐型或6,8-二氢-5H-叔胺型或6,8,13,13a-四氢-5H-叔胺型结构为核心特征的一大类化合物,其中,大多数5,6-二氢异喹啉并[3,2-a]异喹啉-7-鎓离子季铵盐型化合物的独特结构决定了其独特的生物活性。本研究组主要致力于与特定药物作用靶点关联的黄连碱类化合物的药物化学研究,涉及的主要研究内容包括基于知识和结构多样性的活性化合物靶向合成、生物活性评价和与生物大分子的相互作用研究;根据研究结果进一步深入开展以创新药物为导向的成药性评价。
