中国医学科学院药物研究所研究员,药理室副主任。1989年毕业于河北医学院临床医学专业,2004年于协和医科大学药物研究所获博士学位,2008年从美国哈佛大学医学院,Brigham and Women’s Hospital神经疾病中心回国进入药物研究所工作,从事脑血管及神经精神疾病的发病机制及治疗药物的发现研究。主要针对脑疾病(急性缺血性脑卒中、脑外伤);神经退行性疾病(阿尔茨海默病、肌萎缩性侧索硬化症);精神疾病(焦虑症、抑郁症)研发具有自主知识产权的创新药物。先后承担了国家自然科学基金委、科技部、医科院、北京市等多项研究课题,建立了规范化的脑血管及神经精神疾病的药物研发平台。发表相关研究发表SCI论文56篇,获中国、国际专利授权19项。
