柏健,博士,副研究员,硕士生导师。主要从事天然药物化学与合成生物学研究。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、青年项目;作为课题骨干参与“十三五”国家“重大新药创制”科技重大专项、国家自然科学基金面上项目、中国医学科学院医学与健康科技创新工程重大协同创新项目、中央级公益性科研院所基本科研业务费专项资金项目等多项科研项目。在Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., J. Am. Chem. Soc., Acta Pharm. Sin. B, Org. Lett.等国际重要期刊上发表研究论文20余篇。相关研究工作受到国际生物和医学论文评价系统“Faculty of 1000”的推荐与好评,同时被天然产物领域权威综述期刊Nat. Prod. Rep.遴选为年度研究热点报道。2018年获中国医学科学院药物研究所“梁周黄于刘青年科技奖”二等奖。

1.基因组导向的活性天然产物的发现:针对特殊生境微生物(植物内生真菌、海洋来源真菌),在基因组生物信息学分析的基础上,利用多种现代生物学技术激活其中的沉默基因,发现其特殊生境下的活性化合物。
2.活性天然产物的生物合成与结构优化:针对新颖结构或稀有的活性分子,阐明其独特的生物合成机制,发现并累积特殊功能的基因元件,利用合成生物学或组合生物合成技术对其进行高效绿色地异源生物合成与结构优化,为新药创制提供先导化合物。
