科研队伍

张青扬,博士,副研究员,硕士生导师。2013年毕业于中国医学科学院&北京协和医学院药物研究所,获药物化学博士学位。2015年进入中国医学科学院药物研究所工作,2018年获聘副研究员,专注于分子探针构建及功能化、创新药物发现新策略等方面的研究工作。作为项目负责人,先后主持了国家自然科学基金青年基金项目和面上项目,并参与了国家十三五重大新药创制项目以及中国医学科学院十三五、十四五医学与健康科技创新工程项目。近年来,以第一作者或通讯作者身份发表SCI论文十余篇,申请专利6项,授权专利3项,并参与编译了《化学生物学》教材。

以化学生物学为基础,从事分子探针的设计、合成及功能化研究,旨在针对细菌感染、肿瘤及细胞衰老相关疾病进行新型治疗、检测试剂的研发,并深入探究其分子机制。具体研究内容包括:1. 响应型荧光分子探针的设计、合成及功能化研究;2. 基于分子探针的细菌感染相关物质检测及作用机制研究;3. 热激活延迟荧光分子驱动的荧光时间分辨成像及生物学应用;4. 基于新策略的创新药物研发。
