孔建强,男,博士,研究员,博士生导师,课题组长。主要从事天然药物的生物合成及合成生物学研究。发表文章80余篇,申请专利十余项(授权5项)。《药学学报》,《Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B》青年编委,《生物工程学报》编委。《Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B》, 《ACS Synth Biol》,《Microbial cell Fact》,《Bioresource Technology》,《BMC Plant Biology》,《Biochimie》,《Journal of agricultural and food chemistry》,《Phytochemistry》,《药学学报》和《生物工程学报》等三十余种中外期刊的审稿专家。

1,天然产物生物合成
挖掘参与活性天然产物生物合成相关的途径酶基因,并对其进行功能表征;通过计算机模拟以及定向进化等手段对关键途径酶进行突变,获得活性显著提升,具有预设催化特性的生物催化剂,用于天然产物的酶法合成。
2,合成生物学技术制备天然产物
在不同底盘细胞中重构天然产物生物合成代谢途径及调控网络,获得能制备天然产物的细胞工厂,用于天然产物的生物合成。
