张瑞萍

 

张瑞萍,博士,研究员,博士生导师。主要从事质谱新方法及其生物医药分析应用研究。先后主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、新疆维吾尔自治区自然科学基金、中央级公益科研院所基本科研业务费等科研项目。参与国家自然基金重点项目、国家重点研发计划、国家重大新药创制科技重大专项、科技部专项课题等国家级课题。发表相关SCI论文60余篇,申请专利6项,参与编写著作4部。获得2010年北京市科学技术奖二等奖(排名第三)、2011年中华医学科技奖三等奖(排名第三)、2014年度中国分析测试协会科学技术奖一等奖(排名第五)等奖励。兼任中国质谱学会常务理事、副秘书长,中国医药生物技术协会药物分析技术分会委员,《质谱学报》编委,中国实验室合格评定委员会(CNAS)实验室认可评审员。

专业研究领域

代谢紊乱是疾病的主要原因,为新药研发提供了潜在靶点和重要依据。我们开发先进的质谱成像技术及多功能液相色谱-质谱联用方法,旨在获取生物体代谢网络及其调控规律的新认识,同时致力代谢发现的转化应用。目前的研究工作分为以下方面:

1.      代谢组学技术开发,包括细胞代谢组学、空间成像代谢流、原位衍生化质谱成像

2.      功能代谢物的发现与验证

3.      药物早期药效毒性评价

4.      激素依赖性疾病的代谢基础
