朱平

 

朱平,研究员,博士生导师,现任药物所生物合成室主任,国家卫生计生委天然药物生物合成重点实验室主任,药物化学系副主任,天然药物活性物质与功能国家重点实验室副主任中国菌物学会副理事长,中国中药协会药用菌物专业委员会主任委员,《药学学报》、《菌物学报》、《中国医药生物技术》、《药学研究》杂志编委。

1988年中国协和医科大学微生物药物学专业研究生毕业,之后,在药物所工作至今。1991-1993年由欧共体资助(Postdoctoral fellowship)在英国诺丁汉大学进修真菌生化及分子生物学。20044-11月,作为访问教授在美国夏维夷大学从事海绵相关微生物生物多样性研究。

研究领域:微生物工程与天然药物合成生物学。目前主要开展:1.天然药物生物合成及合成生物学研究; 2. 基因挖掘、酶的表征及其结构与功能关系研究;3. 药用真菌、动植物内共生菌活性代谢产物研究。

先后承担多项国家自然科学基金、“863”项目(子课题)十一五”~“十三五科技重大专项 重大新药创制(子课题)、医科院医学与健康科技创新工程(子任务)等项目。在国内外学术期刊上累计发表学术论文100多篇,包括在Nature Communications (2017) (IF=12.353)Green Chemistry (2019) (封底图片介绍) (IF=9.405)Molecular & Cellular Proteomics (2013) (封面图片介绍) (IF =7.254)Critical Reviews in Biotechnology (2019) (IF =7.054)Fungal Diversity (2010) (IF= 5.074)Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B (2019) (IF =5.808) 等国际知名期刊发表的SCI论文。累计授权7项中国专利和9项国际专利,包括美国、日本、欧洲和韩国专利各2项;以色列专利1项。参编著作4部。获得2011年度中国药学会科学技术三等奖1(“稀有天然药物生物合成与合成生物学研究,排名第2)。合作发现3ʹ-脱氧腺苷(虫草素)的降血脂功能及其作为AMPK激动剂的作用机制,本所相关科技人员以此为先导物,已研制出新型降血脂药物并完成临床前研究和技术转让;麦角生物碱的研究为相关企业提供了技术支撑(菌种和技术)
